Kick off Fall season with this DIY project idea using pumpkin and Lights to add to your home décor this fall. Carving pumpkins can be as fun for adults as it is for children so roll up your sleeves and get ready to get creative. You will need marquee light letters, craft pumpkin and carving knife to creating a marquee light letter pumpkin. Using a carving knife, carefully cut out the letter shape from your pumpkin. Please note, cut the letter a little larger than the actual pattern to fit the marquee. Paint or decorate your marquee lights as desired this is when you can get creative with a color scheme of your choice. You can choose to also paint your pumpkin to any color to match your marquee. Once paint is fully dry Insert your letter into the front of your pumpkins pushing the letter about ½ way in. Turn on your marquee letter lights (battery operated) and enjoy your fall vintage marquee light pumpkins. You can customize your marquee any message or initials you would like.
